Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

  • Once we start processing the order, if you cancel the order before we've booked dispatch, you will be charged a 10% fee as Processing cancellation & Refund Fees.
  • Once the item has been picked up by the carrier, no cancelation requests can be processed, until the process reaches destination. In some cases, cancellation might be possible, but will require additional fee for the same, along with processing fees, return shipping fee, restocking fees (if applicable), and other fees. VISION GRILLS

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original date of shipment. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on charcoal, sauces, or rubs. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.

 A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Return shipping is your responsibility. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 30 days from the original date of shipment.

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original date of shipment.

 

KOKOMO GRILLS

If you are unsatisfied with the components within your purchase and they are not considered a “special order”, you may return the item(s) in original re-salable condition, in the original unopened packaging for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will be credited (less 30% re-stocking fee and all shipping charges incurred) upon arrival, and inspection of the item(s) at our warehouse. The shipping charges to return the item(s) to us will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to the return. Any “manufactured” orders, “floor models” and/or “Dent and Scratch” items are exempt from our Return policies as these are all final sales and items and are not returnable. All items authorized for return must be in salable condition. Merchandise must be in its original box. Merchandise must be unused. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the consumer at the consumer’s expense.

 

WPPO

We accept returns but there is a restocking fee of 15%. We do not accept damages. These have to be filed with freight companies. For further assistance, please email us at contact@shopkitchenandbath.com.

 

ELECTRI-CHEF

Our return policy is on a case-by case-basis.  There are no returns for remorse.  If there is a return due to a misunderstanding of the product specs and a grill will not work, we charge 25% plus the return shipping cost.  A return good authorization (RGA) is required prior to return of a product.

CROWN VERITY

We have a 25% restocking fee on all items returned to Crown Verity, unless they involve shipping damage.

We ask that all return requests are identified within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You will be required to provide the following information:

  • Packing Slip
  • Serial Number
  • Description of reason for a return
  • Pictures, if damaged

Please send us an email for a Return Authorization number which is required prior processing a return.  Note that return shipping or restocking fees may apply.

 

PROFORNO

We are sure you will not want to return your oven because they are awesome! But in the case that you must return we accept returns up to 30 days of your original purchase. You, the buyer are responsible for the cost of the return freight charge.

Conditions: OVEN MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CRATE AND ORIGINAL CONDITION. NO EXCEPTIONS *GAS BURNERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE.

 

BELFORNO (Vamparossa)

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a

refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It

must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have

received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to

your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@shopkitchenandbath.com for further assistance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

CRU OVENS

Item(s) must be in unused, unassembled condition and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

  • Used items, including items that have been installed or assembled
  • Non-defective ovens that have been burned
  • Custom-made, special-order and made-to-order products

If your item qualifies for a return, you can start the process with an email to contact@shopkitchenandbath.com. Please be aware of the following information regarding how this process will proceed:

  • All shipping (to and from) costs are deducted from the refund.
  • You will receive an email confirming we received your request that will include details about the return process.
  • A Return Authorization, return shipping labels, will be emailed to you upon approval. Approved returns must be returned in 30 days of receiving approval. 
  • If your return will be coming back via truck freight, we will require you to provide us a photo before your return will be authorized. This can be as simple a a cell phone picture. We just need a "before" picture in case there is any damage to the item on its way back to us.
  • Your return must be properly packaged in the original outer and inner packaging to help reduce damage and include all original parts, manuals, pieces, packing slips, etc.
  • After Cru North America receives and inspects the return, your refund will be issued. 
  • Any items returned outside this process or 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any items returned on your own are not eligible for a refund.

 

NUKE

We have replacement parts for most of our products and usually ship out whatever is needed to fix the issue at hand. At times and depending on the damage, we will replace the entire unit to ensure the customer is ultimately satisfied.

 

FIREMAGIC/TRI-STATE DISTRIBUTORS

When Investing in a Grill, Consider the Assurance Provided By the Fire Magic Warranty:
– Fire Magic pays for the first year labor allowance
– Fire Magic pays for shipping warranted replacement parts
– Fire Magic pays for shipping warranted defective parts back to the factory
– Fire Magic’s qualified technical service representatives are available 10 hours a day 5 days a week to assist with questions, installation and service.

Lifetime Warranty
Cast stainless steel burners, Choice stainless steel u-shaped burners, Fire Magic Diamond Sear and rod stainless steel cooking grids and stainless-steel housing are under warranty for as long as you own your grill.

Fifteen Year Warranty
Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain (including ovens and barbecue faces) and backburner assemblies (except ignition systems) are under warranty for fifteen (15) years.

Ten Year Warranty
Built- In Pizza Oven, built-in and portable griddles (except ignition systems), electric grills, including stainless steel cooking grids and electric grill stainless steel housing are under warranty for ten (10) years (except ignition systems).

Five Year Warranty
Flavor grids, infrared burners in the grill, charcoal stainless steel grills (except for the charcoal pan, charcoal grid, wood pellet screen, thermometer and ash tray which are under warranty for one year) are under warranty for five (5) years.

Three Year Warranty
Fire Magic side burners and all other Fire Magic components (except ignition systems and electrical parts) are under warranty for three (3) years.

One Year Warranty
Fire Magic ignition systems (excluding batteries), electrical components (including lights and thermometer) and grill accessories are under warranty for one (1) year.

 

BACKWOODS SMOKER

We allow you to return all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus the original and return shipping costs incurred by Backwoods Smoker). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

  • If your return request is due to product defect or damage, we will first work with you to get the product repaired. If repair is not possible, then we’ll work with you to get it replaced.
  • If your return will be coming back via freight truck, we will require you to provide us a photo before your return will be authorized. This can be as simple as a cell phone pic! We just need a “before” picture in case there is any damage to the item on its way back to us.
  • To expedite the returns process, before shipping the item(s) back, make sure they are clean, the packaging is sufficient to prevent damage, and (if necessary) you note all defects along with the photos taken.

Important information about refund eligibility:
To be eligible for a “No Hassle Return,” items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in “Like New” condition. “Like New” condition is when a returned item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in the original packaging.

  • The costs of return shipping are deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.
  • In many cases, refunds are not processed until the item has been inspected by us in our warehouse.
  • Refunds must be applied to the same credit card, debit card, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
  • In many cases, refunds are not processed until the item is inspected upon return delivery.
  • Backwoods Smoker reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:
    • The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
    • The returned item is missing parts or the original product’s packaging.
    • The item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
    • The item being returned has been obviously heavily used (such as significant charcoal buildup inside a grill).

In exchange situations, there are TWO options:

  1. If you need the product right away, you can purchase a replacement on a new order to get it shipped out as soon as possible. Then return the original item and we’ll refund you, minus return shipping fees, for the original once we’ve received it back to our warehouse in “Like New” condition.
  2. If you can wait a little longer, return the original item and once we’ve received it back to our warehouse in “Like New” condition, we’ll refund you, minus return shipping fees for that purchase, then have you purchase the replacement on a new order and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as possible.

 

LOUISIANA GRILLS/ HAYWARD DISTRIBUTING

At Louisiana Grills, holds our customers’ satisfaction at the core of our business. Because of this, any items that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 60 days of purchase.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. After receipt, returned items will be inspected and a refund will be applied within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Both original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Louisiana Grills does not accept returns on pellets, spices, sauces, or electrical service parts.

Cancellation Policy

Any purchase may be cancelled if the order hasn't been processed or shipped. If an order that you have placed needs cancelled, please send us an email at contact@shopkitchenandbath.com as soon as possible.

Warranty

All wood pellet grills by Louisiana Grills, manufactured by Dansons Inc., carry a limited warranty from the date of sale by the original owner. The warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase and proof of date of purchase, or copy of original bill of sale, is required to validate the warranty. Customers will be subject to parts, shipping, and handling fees if unable to provide proof of the purchase or after the warranty has expired. 

Dansons carries a five (5) year warranty against defects and workmanship on all parts, and five (5) year on electrical components. Dansons warrants that all part(s) are free of defects in material and workmanship, for the length of use and ownership of the original purchaser. Warranty does not cover damage from wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, dings, chips or minor cosmetic cracks. These aesthetic changes of the grill do not affect its performance. Repair or replacement of any part does not extend past the limited warranty beyond the five (5) year from date of purchase. 

During the term of the warranty, Dansons' obligation shall be limited to furnishing a replacement for defective and/or failed components. As long as it is within the warranty period, Dansons' will not charge for repair or replacement for parts returned, freight prepaid, if the part(s) are found by Dansons' to be defective upon examination. Dansons' shall not be liable for transportation charges, labor costs, or export duties. Except as provided in these conditions of warranty, repair or replacement of parts in the manner and for the period of time mentioned heretofore shall constitute the fulfillment of all direct and derivate liabilities and obligations from Dansons to you. 

Dansons takes every precaution to utilize materials that retard rust. Even with these safeguards, the protective coatings can be compromised by various substances and conditions beyond Dansons' control. High temperatures, excessive humidity, chlorine, industrial fumes, fertilizers, lawn pesticides and salt are some of the substances that can affect metal coatings. For these reasons, the warranty does not cover rust or oxidization, unless there is loss of structural integrity on the grill component. Should any of the above occur, kindly refer to the care and maintenance section to prolong the lifespan of your unit. Dansons recommends the use of a grill cover when the grill is not in use. 

This warranty is based on normal domestic use and service of the grill and neither limited warranty coverages apply for a grill which is used in commercial applications. 

 

Exceptions

There is no written or implied performance warranty on Louisiana Grills grills, as the manufacturer has no control over the installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, or the type of fuel burned. This warranty will not apply nor will Dansons assume responsibility if your appliance has not been installed, operated, cleaned, and maintained in strict accordance with this owner's manual. Any use of gas not outlined in this manual may void the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage or breakage due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications. 

Neither Dansons, or authorized Louisiana Grills dealer, accepts responsibility, legal or otherwise, for the incidental or consequential damage to the property or persons resulting from the use of this product. Whether a claim is made against Dansons based on the breach of this warranty or any other type of warranty expressed or implied by law, the manufacturer shall in no event be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or other damages of any nature whatsoever in excess of the original purchase of this product. All warranties by manufacturer are set forth herein and no claim shall be made against manufacturer on any warranty or representation. 

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations of implied warranties, so the limitations or exclusions set forth in this limited warranty may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. 

 

COOK KING GRILLS/ HAYWARD DISTRIBUTING and 

PROFIRE GRILLS/ HAYWARD DISTRIBUTING

Warranty 3 to 5 years depending on the model (against rust through)

For returns, as long as an item is in unused, new condition, we'll take it back in its original packaging. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

 

WATER CREATION

Your satisfaction with your purchase from us is important to us. Please abide by the instructions below to ensure a simple return process if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase:

Within 30 days of purchase, products that are unopened and in their original packaging may be returned.

If the 30-day return policy period is exceeded by the return request for this order, we'll consent to the returns are accepted as long as the merchandise is undamaged and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been installed, changed, or modified in any manner refunds or replacements.

The cost of returning the items via postage is your responsibility.

After the returned item(s) are received, refunds will only be given via the original method of payment.

Products that are clearly labeled as discontinued or non-returnable cannot be returned.

 

ANCERRE DESIGN

Within 30 days of receiving the item, you may return it. Everything MUST be in its original package and condition. When we receive the things back at our facility unharmed, we will credit or refund the purchase price. We strongly advise you to ensure the shipment you send back to us. All returns that are not deemed defective will incur a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

 

LEGION FURNITURE

Only the first 7 days after the product is delivered are allowed for returns. If you don't get in touch with us before rejecting or returning the item, you won't get a refund and will be responsible for paying the shipping fees. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, be responsible for return shipping, and less original shipping cost. If we made a mistake that led to the return, we will refund the full price of the item as well as the shipping costs. Refunds might take up to 15 days to process and all items must be returned in their original packaging and in fresh or unused condition. NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKING, PLEASE RETENTION ALL ORIGINAL PACKING, EXCEPTIONS.

All products that are damaged, have missing parts, or are defective because of our error will either be replaced or exchanged for the same item or parts ONLY at our choice. You have seven days to report any flaws. You have 24 to 48 hours to report any damages, including hidden damage.

 

CAMBRIDGE PLUMBING

If you would like to return an item that is in like-new condition with original product tags, sanitary protection, and packaging that has not been installed, used, worn, or modified, you may return the product at your expense within 30 days of receipt. Any additional fees for shipping internationally, shipping to HI or AK, are all non-refundable. Within 24 hours, you must check your receipt for accuracy.

You may ship return items via UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service. You may want to insure and track your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

  1. Items that involve custom work or painting at the time of sale are not returnable.
  2. Special order items not listed on our web site are not returnable without advance written permission.
  3. Items that have been installed are not returnable. If an installed part is defective, please contact us and we will instruct you on how to return the part. (Installation must be done by a qualified, licensed professional.)
  4. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchases comply with local codes and ordinances. 
  5. Once the part is received, we will repair or replace the part at our discretion. Refunds will not be given for defective parts.
  6. Items that have markings, scratches, plumber’s putty or in any way show signs of installation, alteration, or mishandling are not eligible for refunds 

Preparation for Return

Customers will be responsible for repackaging the items in their original packaging and securing them back on a pallet just as they arrived. If the pallet was thrown away, the customer will be responsible for providing a pallet larger than the product’s packaging dimensions. We will provide specific instructions on how to prepare/palletize each product on a case-to-case basis as each product requires different steps. We expect our products to arrive in the same condition we shipped them and will require photo confirmation to verify our products are safe to ship. We will handle the logistics for pickup once we can confirm our products are safe for transit.

Items that include prepaid shipping will have the actual shipping charges, both to and from the destination deducted before applying the 20 percent restocking fee. Likewise, items shipped in a crate will have the crate charge deducted before applying the restocking fee. 

Crediting Your Account

Returns are processed weekly. It typically takes 5–15 business days for a credit card company to credit your account. Please allow time for processing. Issued credits will appear on your credit card billing statement.

 

ALTAIR DESIGNS

Returns & Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery. EXCLUDING Vanity Counter Tops. Vanity Tops are NON-REFUNDABLE. Return shipping costs apply. Items and Packaging must be in original condition. To initialize a return, we ask you to reach out to our customer service team by sending us an email at contact@shopkitchenandbath.com and receive a Return Authorization. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted. All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you wish to return your item(s), you are responsible for shipping and handling charges. Freight charges are non-refundable. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable after return. 

 

SWISS MADISON

Our policy period is 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a replacement unit in the event of shipping faults. Only the initial purchaser is covered by this. When filing a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase. Contact us directly for any inquiries or claims at contact@shopkitchenandbath.com.

 

EVIVA

You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

Contact us at contact@shopkitchenandbath.com to initiate a return. If your request is approved, we'll give you a return mailing label along with directions on how and where to send your box. Items returned to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right. Please remember that you have three days from the time you get your item to report any damages. Charges for any replacement parts or orders will apply if any damages are not reported within three days.

 

VANITY ART

Returns are accepted if they are in their original packing and condition within 30 days of the purchase.  However, your refund will not include the return freight costs.

 

WET STYLE

Warranty

 WETSTYLE’s warranty on WETMAR BiO™ products covers all defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of five years.

WETSTYLE’s warranty on furniture and accessories products covers all defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one year.

This limited warranty, starting on the original purchase date, is only offered to the original purchaser who acquires the product directly from WETSTYLE or from its authorized dealers.

This limited warranty does not apply to cases in which a product was incorrectly installed, nor to damage due to negligence, misuse, thermal shocks, cigarette burn, fire, natural disasters or other accidents.

This limited warranty does not extend to products purchased over the Internet from unauthorized WETSTYLE distributors.

This limited warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized WETSTYLE distributors or sub-dealers.

WETSTYLE is not responsible for costs and claims that may arise from purchase of a product unsuited to the structure of the existing building.

Any transformation or alteration made to a WETSTYLE product automatically voids the warranty.

The manufacturer’s warranty is limited to repair or replacement (with a product of equal value), provided the claim is made to an authorized dealer or directly to WETSTYLE within the warranty period. Labour costs and any other expenses entailed by replacement of a WETSTYLE product are not covered by the warranty.

 

BELLATERRA HOME

After receiving the products, you have five (5) calendar days to report any shortages or problems.

It is your duty to examine the material you receive. You forfeit your right to file a claim if you don't do so within five days of receiving the item.

The item must be returned in its original packing and in an unchanged, uninstalled, unused, resellable condition. Otherwise, no return will be accepted.

 

EMPIRE DISTRIBUTING

The purchase date cannot be more than six months in the past from the date of the return, and Empire must receive returns within 90 days of the day they were issued. Empire will not accept custom, special order, or discontinued items. All returned items must be brand-new, complete, current models, and in sellable shape.

Warranty
For proper tracking, warranty items must be distinctly branded with your name. Additionally, we ask that any warranty items be returned for credit along with the completed warranty form and related paperwork
